Turns out the cotter pin that holds the clutch pedal to the clutch Master Cylinder shaft is in just the right place to occasionally short the brake light switch... Fixed with a little electrical tape, just need to get a few replacement fuses and it's good to go again. I'm glad I found the source, had it continued, that would have been a very very annoying black flag to receive in a race!
I will see if I can master a non-electrical tape way to fix the issue.
